Lexus LF-LC sports coupe leaks onto the web
Thanks to our friends at Road and Track we now have a picture of the detriot bound Lexus LF-LC sports coupe. We don't have any other information on the concept though, but we can see a hybrid badge on the right wheel arch. So Lexus is going to compete with the CTS coupe and the C63 coupe with a hybrid? That doesn't make much sense to us here at car driver america. Lexus did recently annouce that the styling on the LF-LC would hint at a new direction for Lexus' design language.
Mazda launches new custom versions of the CX-5, Mazda3, Mazda2, RX-8, MX-5
I probably could go on for ages but lets cut to the chase. Mazda was the first brand to announce it's entire line up for this years Tokyo Auto Salon, led by the CX-5 Mazda plans to stand out among the crowd of cars. This custom CX-5 that will be launched in Japan in next spring includes sporting red bodywork color, matte-black alloy wheels and a slightly lower ride height.
The face-lifted Mazda2 or Demio as it's know in Japan includes a new M'z bodykit, made up of a front spoiler, side skirts and a rear under skirt. It also features a lowered ride height.
The MX-5 on the other hand get's some more work done with 2 customized versions, the NR-A model and the BlackTuned model. The NR-A model gets 16inch Enkei alloys, Bilstein dampers, endless brake pads, ride height lowered by 20mm and is painted in Mazda's exclusive color for the 4 hour race. The Black tuned model has lightweight BBS alloy wheels, height adjustable Bilstein dampers, Brembo brakes, and Recaro seats
The sport version of the recently facelifted Mazda3, The Sport 20s - Skyactiv- 2012 comes with additional aerodynamic parts such as rear roof spoiler on the outside, rear and front bumper. On the inside it features black leather upholstery, with piano black finish for the center console, instrument panel cover, and the door switch panels.
Onto the RX-8. Already sporting the Spirit R version, the RX-8 which ends production next year will be shown with a 6-speed manual transmission with Mazda's Rotary engine. Also sporting 20inch BBS alloys, Brembo brakes and rotors and finally 20mm drop in height.

Nissan is also following Mazda to the Auto Salon
Nissan is also coming to the Auto Salon with the GT-R pure drive edition, and the Infiniti G37.
The Nismo line up is also coming to the salon with the Juke nismo concept, Leaf Nismo concept, Fairlady Z nismo(370z nismo), and the Leaf Nismo RC racer.
Finally, Autech will bring the Motul GT-R racer that participated in Japan's 2011 SUPER GT GT500 championship, and the customized NV350 Caravan Rider, Elgrand Rider High-performance Spec Black Line and · Serena Rider Performance Spec Black Line minivans.
